poor acmissing dish towel

The ac barely cooled the room. i set it to the lowest setting, but it still felt too warm!!! it made sleeping difficult. also, the kitchen lacked basic supplies. There wasn't even a dish towel available. i was so annoyed.

The receptionist was notably friendly and permitted storing our bicycles in the luggage area. Water was available upon arrival near the coffee machine a welcome touch after a long ride. My room provided all necessary equipment to prepare meals. The view from the room included a beautiful church and rooftops. Luggage trolleys were conveniently located near reception, aiding with heavy panniers.

I did notice the heated towel rail in room 407 was not functioning .

the apartment featured a well-equipped kitchen. the bathroom had a basin in the loo, a feature i find very convenient. i found lots of storage space throughout the apartment. the location was very good for accessing the city center by foot.

The location proved ideal. I walked everywhere from the hotel. the staff struck me as very nice and helpful. the room provided comfort and good equipment. i would definitely choose this hotel again.

the ac could only reach 21 degrees, i felt this was a bit warm given the outside temperature.
